DRIFT is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, OTX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DRIFT for personal, non-commercial relaxation purposes. You may not redistribute the app's content, reverse engineer the application, or extract its audio.
DRIFT offers two auto-renewing subscriptions:
A 3-day free trial is available on first subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
OTX retains all intellectual property rights in the app, sounds, scenes, sleep stories, NSDR sessions, and all other content. You receive a personal-use licence only.
You must comply with applicable laws while using DRIFT. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
DRIFT is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTX's total liability under this agreement is limited to the greater of amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months or AUD $50.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
